The QM39M135 is a Sinn-style pilot chronograph for left-handed wearers — crown and pushers sit on the left side at 9 o’clock, so it wears comfortably on the right wrist. The black dial runs a classic three-subdial layout with pale green accents, driven by a reliable Miyota 6S10 quartz chronograph movement. A domed sapphire crystal with AR coating, screw-down crown and 50m water resistance make it a rugged daily wearer; the 39mm steel case is available with a black leather strap or a stainless steel bracelet.

Three-Subdial Pilot Chronograph Dial

The matte black dial carries three sunken sub-dials — a 60-minute counter, small seconds and a pale green 60-second register — framed by broad, lume-filled hands. A clean, legible layout inspired by German pilot chronographs.

Destro Case — Crown on the Left

the screw-down crown and both pushers are moved to the left side of the 39mm case, so the crown never digs into your wrist. The domed sapphire crystal adds real depth to the dial.
