We offer worldwide shipping with both standard postal shipping and express courier options. Delivery time and shipping fees may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, and local logistics.
Estimated Shipping Time
- United States: Standard shipping takes 5–12 days. FedEx usually takes 2–5 days.
- United Kingdom: Standard shipping takes 6–8 days.
- Germany: Standard shipping takes 6–8 days.
- Australia: Standard shipping takes around 7 days.
- Italy: Standard shipping takes 7–12 days.
- Austria: Standard shipping takes 10–13 days.
- Other Countries: Shipping times vary by destination. Please contact us for more information.
Note: For destinations outside the U.S., choosing FedEx may usually reduce delivery time by around 2–5 days.

Free standard shipping is available for most countries. Orders over $200 qualify for free standard shipping worldwide.

- Canada: Standard $6 / Express $30
- UK: Standard Free / Express $25
- Australia: Standard $4 / Express $50
- Singapore: Standard Free / Express $16
- India: Standard $4 / Express $36
- EU Countries: Standard shipping is usually free or low-cost depending on the destination. Express shipping generally ranges from $25–$45.

Taxes & Customs Duties
Countries With Taxes Included
For the following countries, import taxes/duties are already included in standard shipping:
- United States
- India
EU Countries
For most EU countries, standard shipping is free or low-cost. An estimated 18% import VAT/tax will be collected on our website at checkout, and we will handle customs clearance when the package arrives.
This applies to countries such as France, Germany, Spain, Poland, Austria, Sweden, Belgium, Italy, Denmark, Netherlands, etc.
Other Countries
For some countries outside the EU, customs duties or taxes may still be charged locally depending on your country’s regulations.
Examples include Canada, Switzerland, Israel, and other regions.
Express Shipping
Express shipping is available for most countries through services such as FedEx, DHL, or UPS.
- Typical express shipping fee: $25–$60 depending on destination.
- Import taxes/duties for express shipping are generally paid by the buyer unless otherwise stated.
Logistics Tracking
- You will receive an email with tracking information 1–2 business days after your order has shipped. If you cannot find the email, please check your spam folder.
- You can check the real-time status of your package on our website.
- For packages sent by FedEx, you can track them directly on the FedEx website.
Delivery Issues
Delivery Delay or Failure
Unforeseen factors such as flight delays, customs clearance, or local logistics issues may affect delivery times.
If your package has not arrived after 45 days, please email us at support@miliforticwatch.com. We will help start an investigation. If the package is confirmed lost, we will reissue the order or provide a refund.
Out of Stock
If an item is out of stock after you place an order, we will notify you by email to arrange a replacement or cancel the order.
Order Cancellation
- If your order does not show as shipped after payment, please contact us first to see if it can be canceled.
- If we have not yet started packaging or shipping, we will provide a refund.
- Please note that any small transaction fee charged by PayPal is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
- If your package has already been packed or shipped, we do not accept refunds or order cancellations. Thank you for your understanding.
Order Changes After Shipping
After shipping, you may change certain order details, such as quantity or shipping address, by covering any cost differences. Refunds are not provided due to payment processing fees.

Return & Exchange
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your MILIFORTIC watch within 30 days of arrival for a refund or exchange. For exchanges to products of higher value, you will need to cover the price difference.
Return Conditions
- The watch must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition.
- All original packaging, labels, and accessories must be included.
- For adjusted stainless steel straps, removed links must be re-inserted in their original position.
Return Fees
Shipping and handling fees, return shipping costs, and PayPal transaction fees are non-refundable.
Only items purchased directly from miliforticwatch.com are eligible for return.

- Order number or source of purchase
- Date of purchase
- Pictures of the watch, packaging, and accessories
