For packages sent by FedEx, simply use the tracking number provided on FedEx's official website.Within 1 to 2 business days after we send out your package, you will receive an email from us with the tracking information about your package and a website for checking. You are able to access the link to see where it is.If you can not find that email, check your spam, sometimes it does end up there.You can also check the real-time logistics status of your package through our website.

Timeliness of Logistics

 

Depending on the distance, your package will be delivered within 10-60 days.
Due to uncontrollable factors such as flight delays, customs delays, or other issues that we cannot foresee, the timing of logistics will be affected, we will follow up logistics information in a timely manner, but the reference time of logistics is not the promised delivery time.
If you still have not received your package after 45 days of placing your order, please email to support@miliforticwatch.com, in order to ensure that there is sufficient time for the package to ship to you, we will carry out searching 1 month after receiving the mail, if the package is lost, we will contact you to reissue or full refund for your order.

 

Out of Stock

 

Under normal circumstances, the merchandises in the saleable state are in stock in our warehouse, but our inventory data is changing dynamically, when the merchandises you order are out of stock, we will notify you by email to replace or cancel the order.

 

Order Cancellation

 

After the payment is successful, it is deemed that our purchase contract is in force and we do not accept the cancellation of the order.
But the it is shipped, you are able to change the order, including the quantity, goods, and shipping address, as long as the difference in the order is made up. However, we do not accept refunds as PayPal and payment instruments do not refund the associated fees.
When you confirm that you need to change your order, please email to support@miliforticwatch.com as soon as possible, and our colleagues in the logistics department will reply to you in a timely manner for the results of processing your order.

 

Return & Exchange

 

If you are not satisfied with the purchased product,You may return the MILIFORTIC watch purchased online from miliforticwatch.com within 30 days from the date of arrival for refund or exchange for another product. For products of higher value, you simply have to cover the cost difference.
But the watch to be returned must be:
The watches must not have been worn, altered or strapped on in any way, and must not show any signs of use.
In an original and resalable condition with any tamper-evident label still attached.
In its original packaging supplied with the purchase.
For adjusted stainless steel straps, removed links must be re-inserted in their original position.
Items must be returned with all original packaging and other accessories (tools, extra straps, etc.) received with the order.
Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable. Any return shipping and PayPal transaction fees will be borne by the customer.
Only items that have been purchased directly from MILIFORTIC offical website(miliforticwatch.com) can be returned to MILIFORTIC. Any products purchased through other retailers and stockists must be returned in accordance with their respective return & refund policies.

2. Date of purchase
3. Picture of the watch and all it's accompanying packaging and accessories
Once we have the items above, One of our Customer Support Team will respond to your request within 1-2 business days with instructions on how to return the watch.
