The QM39M135 is a Sinn-style pilot chronograph for left-handed wearers β€” crown and pushers sit on the left side at 9 o’clock, so it wears comfortably on the right wrist. The black dial runs a classic three-subdial layout with pale green accents, driven by a reliable Miyota 6S10 quartz chronograph movement. A domed sapphire crystal with AR coating, screw-down crown and 50m water resistance make it a rugged daily wearer; the 39mm steel case is available with a black leather strap or a stainless steel bracelet.
