Shipping Time

  • United States: Standard shipping takes 5-7 days, FedEx takes 2-5 days.
  • United Kingdom: Standard shipping takes 6-8 days
  • Austria: Standard shipping takes 10-13 days
  • Italy: Standard shipping takes 7-12 days
  • Australia: Standard shipping takes around 7 days
  • German: Standard shipping takes around 6-8 days
  • PS: Choose Fedex for delivery outside of the U.S. Delivery times are typically reduced by 2-5 days.
  • Other Countries: Shipping times vary depending on the destination. Please contact us for more information.

Free Shipping Worldwide

  • Due to the latest U.S. tariff policies, we will be adding an additional $10 shipping fee for orders to the United States. We will cover the customs clearance and all applicable taxes. You won't need to pay any extra tariffs. Thank you for your understanding and support.
  • We offer free shipping to most countries. If you are required to pay a shipping fee at checkout, it means that free shipping is not available in your area due to high international shipping costs.
  • Shipping methods are determined based on the most suitable option for your region.

Logistics Tracking

  • You will receive an email with tracking information 1-2 business days after your order has shipped. If you cannot find the email, please check your spam folder.
  • You can check the real-time status of your package on our website. For packages sent by FedEx, you can track them directly on the FedEx website.

Delivery Timeliness

  • Delivery times range from 3 to 60 days, depending on the destination.
  • Unforeseen factors like flight delays or customs issues may affect delivery times. If your package has not arrived after 45 days, please email us at support@miliforticwatch.com. We will start an investigation one month after receiving your email. If the package is lost, we will reissue the order or provide a full refund.

Out of Stock

If an item is out of stock after you place an order, we will notify you via email to arrange a replacement or cancel the order.

Order Cancellation

  • If your order does not show as shipped after payment, please contact us first to see if it can be canceled. If we have not yet started packaging or shipping, we will provide a refund. For other situations, please refer to the terms and conditions below.
  • If your package has been packed or shipped, we do not accept refunds or order cancellations. Thank you for your understanding.
  • After shipping, you may change the order details (such as quantity or shipping address) by covering any cost differences. Refunds are not provided due to payment processing fees. For changes, please contact support@miliforticwatch.com.

Return & Exchange

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the MILIFORTIC watch within 30 days of arrival for a refund or exchange (for products of higher value, you will need to cover the price difference).

Conditions for Return

  • The watch must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition.
  • Must include all original packaging, labels, and accessories.
  • For adjusted stainless steel straps, removed links must be re-inserted in their original position.

Fees: Shipping & handling fees, return shipping costs, and PayPal transaction fees are non-refundable. Only items purchased directly from miliforticwatch.com are eligible for return.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact support@miliforticwatch.com with the following details:

  1. Order number or source of purchase
  2. Date of purchase
  3. Picture of the watch and all accompanying packaging and accessories

Our Customer Support Team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
