The QM39M136 is a Sinn-style pilot chronograph made for the left hand: the crown and pushers sit on the left side of the 39mm case, so it wears comfortably on the right wrist without digging in. The bi-compax black dial pairs a 60-minute chronograph counter with a small seconds register, plus a date at 4:30 — all driven by a reliable Miyota 6S11 quartz movement. A domed sapphire crystal with AR coating, screw-down crown and 50m water resistance make it a genuine everyday tool watch. Choose the black leather strap or the stainless steel bracelet with folding clasp.

Destro Case, Crown on the Left

Crown and pushers are moved to the left flank of the 39mm case — a left-handed (destro) layout that prevents wrist bite. The screw-down crown and caseback seal the watch for 50m water resistance.
